We’re looking for a technician/route service person with problem-solving and mechanical skills to service and collect part of our Bulk Vending route (Toy Capsule Machines). 

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-managing.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility.
• Be able to work occasional nights/weekends/emergencies when required.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Be able to keep track of, and manage routes, locations, and collections.
• Be comfortable staying in hotels upwards of 12 nights a month.
• Ability to drive for extended periods of time.
• A valid driver’s license, a company vehicle, and a gas card will be provided.
• Be comfortable handling and depositing currency.

• Collect and service Bulk machines containing prizes, such as small toys, and candy.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Documenting and reporting of all collections and issues.
• Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
• Driving to multiple counties across California.
