RequirementsEducation: BA/BS Education (preferred)
Experience Desired: Coaching and teaching experience desired.
Physical: Hand-eye/ mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. The ability to travel between locations.
Other: Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries college theory course in sport coaching. High school/college participation preferred. Teaching assignment in building preferred.
Essential Functions And Duties
Work inside and outside. Possibly subjected to extremes of cold below 32 degrees and heat above 100 degrees. Occasionally subjected to extreme noise, odors, mists, dust and poor ventilation. Climatic Environment: Some district classrooms and work areas are not climate controlled and are subject to extremes of temperature and humidity.

Essential Functions And Duties
- Assist the 7th and 8th grade coaches in the following:
- Utilize Google Forms for participant sign up
- Maintains rosters and submits completed rosters to Activity Director
- Ensure all participants have the required paperwork: physical and medical data sheets
- Communicates with parents and students
- Submits transportation requests
- Coordinates leave times with Transportation and Activity Director
- Assists with practice and game instruction
- Provides supervision of participants
- Attends practices and games
- Communicates and collects Travel Releases
- Oversees medical needs, which includes, but is not limited to taping ankles, getting ice, etc.
- Assists and trains student managers in scorebook and clock operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
