West Central Roofing is looking for a full-time foreman that can work independently, manage a crew as well as do scheduling and oversee projects.

The foreman will be managing safe and efficient day to day operations. Job duties Include daily loading / unloading of jobs, set up / tear down jobs, supervise the job and employees from start to finish on jobsites, locating leak sources and do repairs, manage employee hours.

Job Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, and subcontractors
• Technical knowledge of flat roofing and products
• Knowledge of materials, and tools used in flat roofing
• Organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to problem solve quickly as needed
• Valid MN CDL driver’s license
