RESPONSIBILITIES: The Finance Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned accounting functions, properly and accurately. This may include, but not limited to preparing double entry general ledger transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry in a Fund Accounting software, maintaining a loan servicing system, and assisting the Chief Financial Officer in other financial duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in accounting, including Fund Accounting and Loan Accounting, is preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess the ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software. Ability to use basic office equipment (i.e., phone systems, copying machines, scanner/printers, and computers).

Be a positive team player with excellent people skills. Have the ability to communicate and work professionally with all clients and co-workers with a positive attitude while motivating and influencing others.

High School Diploma or GED required. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or Associate degree in accounting is preferred.

DETAILS: Wage: $18.69 /hr. This is a full time position working 36 hours per week at Appleton City, MO.
