West Central Assoc of Realtors is looking for a dynamic person to represent our 400 plus member-driven organization, including secondary members, and affiliates in our 20 county area in West Central/Southwest Minnesota. The association is a nonprofit corporation and provides services designed to assist members pursuing the real estate profession, and legislative advocacy favorable for the real estate industry. The CEO reports directly to the president and board of directors, collaborating with leadership in identifying, creating, and implementing approved strategic plans for WCAR. This position will work in conjunction with the Member Services Executive to plan, organize, direct staff, oversee programs and activities for the association, assuring that objectives are attained, and member needs are achieved. Ensures that the board of directors and executive committee are fully informed of association conditions and of all important factors influencing them. REALTORĀ® Certified Executive and/or Certified Association Executive designation preferred or willingness to complete within first year of employment. Travel is required.
