Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales person looking to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage business as a loan officer assistant. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes such as purchasing a primary or investment homes or refinancing an existing mortgage. You will learn how to guide clients through the loan process, assessing their financial situation, and determining the best loan options for their needs. Ultimately you will learn how to make a good income in a great industry, all while being paid to do so.

Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to new leads coming through paid advertising.

- Reaching out to past clients and/or old leads to reengage them for another loan.

- Building out email campaigns to our current email list.

- Connecting with account executives to find a home for a loan or solve a problem.

- Messaging people through text, email, and social media to establish appointments

- Building out personalized quotes for clients

- Establish receipt of quotes and follow up collect and review financial documents, such as leases, mortgage statements, home owner insurance policies, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.
- Evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing credit reports and conducting credit analysis
- Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in lending practices
