Homeless Intervention Manager
West CAP is a forward-thinking organization committed to empowering low-income families in rural communities since 1965. We are currently seeking a full-time Homeless Intervention Manager to lead our dynamic Homeless Intervention Team. In this role, you will oversee programs, policies, and procedures aligned with a Housing First approach, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and comprehensiveness of program services through effective monitoring and reporting systems. Additionally, you will actively engage in community and statewide partnerships. This position is based out of our Menomonie location, with opportunities for hybrid remote work after initial training.
