Below are the requirements for this position: • We are searching for candidates with experience in Estate Planning and Administration for part-time or full-time work• Must be experienced in legal research techniques and all Microsoft software• Document preparation experience: drafting and reviewing various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, based on experience.
