A Typical Day for a RN, Case Manager with WesleyLife at Home/Home Health: 

• You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve through the provision of professional nursing services.

• Current Openings: Full-Time Monday-Friday with rotating on-call (weeknight/weekend)

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $70,031 - $87,539 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

• Mileage Reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
