A Typical Day for a Concierge with The Summit of Bettendorf: 

• Serve as the primary contact person at the front desk of the community
• Provide exceptional customer experience through your phone contact and in-person services for guests, residents, clients and team members
• Answer phones, greet visitors, answer resident questions, and take reservations for our bed and breakfast.
• You will directly impact the success of our team, and our community, as you will often be the first impression of our organization.
• You will have the opportunity to proactively address the needs of customers and use your creative customer service skills to "surprise and delight". 

Current Openings

• 3 evenings per week
• Every Friday from 8am-4pm
• Every Saturday from 8am - 8pm
