Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for Registered Nurses to provide extraordinary care and services for our residents. The ideal candidate for our RN positions must be licensed in Kansas with a strong ability to work with a team and an in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry.

Responsibilities for the RN:

• Plans nursing care and coordinates changes in physician orders with resident care plans
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident behavior/physical condition
• Offers input into the assessment of the residents and care planning
• Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise, and transports residents as needed
• Oversees the care provided by CNA/CMAs
• Supervises the passing of medications by CMAs

Qualifications for the RN:

• Valid Kansas license required
• Experience in adult care and services helpful
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Previous supervisory experience is helpful
• Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
