Wesley Towers Retirement Community is Hiring a LPN Near Hutchinson, KS

Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide extraordinary care and services for our residents. The ideal candidates for our LPN positions must be licensed in Kansas with a strong ability to work with a team and an in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry.

Responsibilities for LPN:

  • Plans nursing care and coordinates changes in physician orders with resident care plans
  • Observes and reports changes in resident behavior/physical condition
  • Offers input into the assessment of the residents and care planning
  • Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation, exercise and transports residents as needed
  • Oversees the care provided by CNA/CMAs
  • Supervises the passing of medications by CMAs

Qualifications for LPN:

  • Valid Kansas license required
  • Experience in adult care and services helpful
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Previous supervisory experience is helpful
  • Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $31.50 per hour
