Wesley Commons is accepting applications from potential candidates for our full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator position. The position works under the direction of the Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer. The AR Coordinator is responsible for the tracking of fixed assets, processing accounts receivable for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Home Health, and serving as a backup for Accounts Payable.

Qualified candidates should possess an Associate Degree in Accounting or related field or a minimum of 2-3 years' accounting experience. Billing experience is preferred. Candidates are required to multi-task and manage multiple projects with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives and assigned deadlines. Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
