A Wesco Bakery associate is someone who desires to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment. Candidates should be able to perform a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of food safety and efficiency. The primary responsibilities of a Wesco Bakery associate are to produce a safe, high quality product, sanitation of the facility, and working with a diverse team of people to achieve company goals.
