Regional Director of People Culture

Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five Star resort is seeking a Regional Director of People Culture. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the human resources functions and teams for each of the hotels in the region. The Director of Human Resources serves on the Executive Committee and reports to the Regional Managing Director.

The Director of People Culture's responsibilities include:

• Participate on the resort's executive committee.
• Assist in creating a positive work environment with a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner in all interactions.
• Lead and direct the human resources staff.
• Ensure expenses are within the human resources budget.
• Oversee the recruiting process, benefits administration and loss prevention.
• Maintain an open-door policy.
• Ensure that the hotel's policies and practices meet government regulations.
• Oversee wage and salary administration.
• Oversee the administration of the resort's visa programs.
• Oversee the procurement of employee housing and the administration of the resort's housing program.
• Oversee the administration of the resort's uniform program.
• Direct employee relations efforts and ensure managers are consistently using coaching, counselling and disciplining to address concerns.
• Administer employee satisfaction surveys

Previous experience at a luxury resort is preferred. Strong communication, organization and customer service skills are required.
