We are currently hiring a Junior Inside Sales Representative for an International Pharmaceutical client, focusing on launching new products in the USA market. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for administrative sales managing, contacting prospective/potential clients (B2B) to convert them into active clients The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales and customer service with excellent communication skills in English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM system.
· Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales.
· Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with prospects and promote products or services.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
· Fluent in English a must (verbal and written) and Spanish proficiency a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Minimum of 1 year of experience B2B inside sales.
·Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service.
· Expertice in Sales Force or similar CRM System.
· International experience and/or working for international organization a plus; Health sector/Pharmaceutical sector a plus.
· Proficient in the generation and analysis of management reports, with a strong command of commercial information systems
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related.
