We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have some background in automotive service and be comfortable working in a team environment.

The Wentworth family has been in the transportation business since 1903 and is currently in the fifth generation of ownership with their Wilsonville Chevrolet location. This is a family owned and operated business who really tries to create a family atmosphere where employees enjoy coming to work.

Basic Job Responsibilities

· Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicles

· Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relationships

· Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations

· Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

· Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times

· Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

· Explain all completed work and charges to the customers

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Proficient use of computers

· Multitasking skills

Expected Compensation: $80k per year - pay is a combination of salary, commission, and bonus.
