We need an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Transaction Assistant for a busy summer season. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment and has a real estate or customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry into multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Scanning, copying, printing, filing and other general office duties.
• Assist Transaction Coordinators with filing, data entry, and copying/scanning.
• Schedule closings, prepare documents & send for signatures, review documents for accuracy
• Timely communication with agents, clients, & partners

Qualifications:

• Must LOVE helping people in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of spreadsheets, Google Suite, and adapts quickly to new software.
• Self-starter who is able to multitask under stress and with minimal supervision.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take initiative.
• Dependable, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, and outstanding communicator.
• Experience in real estate and/or a customer service background is a plus, but not required. We care more about your attitude than your experience!

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
