Wentworth Institute of Technology is Hiring a Part-time Instructor- Industrial Organizational Pyschology Near Boston, MA

Wentworth Institute of Technology has an important need to find applicants interested in joining the Wentworth community as an Adjunct Professor to teach Industrial Organizational Psychology within the School of Sciences and Humanities for the Spring Semester beginning January 2024, or as soon as possible.
The course will include:
Establishing the link between theory and application and enabling the student to study the psychological principles that emerge in technology and business environments.
Topics covered include leadership, communication, organizational culture, motivation, attitude, and stress.
As the backbone for all Wentworth degrees, the School of Sciences and Humanities recognizes that students across all disciplines benefit from building skills in scientific inquiry, communication, ethics, critical thinking, and leadership. Expert faculty teach courses that provide foundational instruction in the sciences, as well as courses that teach students to employ creative approaches to problem-solving and professional development.
