Our team is also installing solar carports and EV electrical car charging stations.We offer a competitive compensation package, healthy company culture and a career opportunity to grow with the company.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and input to others as requested or required to ensure project goals are met.Must be able to write technical energy reports.Ability to effectively work as a team member, which will require working with all Energy Services sales representatives.Understanding and implementing designs from technical drawings.Interacting with stakeholders, contractors, customers, and vendors.Making presentations to clients and coworkers.Attending company meetings.Creating product documentation and records.Preparing cost estimates for customers and other employees.Inspecting electrical components during and after the product installation.Testing electronics for problems and proposing solutions.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsExperience in Grid Interconnection Studies and knowledge of different electrical codes and standards necessary for micro-grid integration.Practical experience in development and implementation of solar PV systems, energy storage, micro-grid, EV charging and other renewable technologies.Experience in performing detailed site walks and field work to determine feasibility of renewable technologies.BS, Electrical Engineering Degree preferred, Electrical Engineer, PE preferred.5-10 years of direct experience in the energy vertical; solar, micro-grids, energy storage, or EV charging required.Excellent communication, both with the written and spoken word.Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% as protocols allow.Compensation PackageCompetitive salary DOESalary range $115K - $130K base, bonus DOEHealth Care Benefit package; dental, vision401KStandard PTOSupportive company cultureYou must currently live in the Los Angeles area to be considered for this position.
