Wentworth Health Partners Adult and Children’s Medicine of Dover Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventive health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. We are a medium-sized practice with five full-time providers plus embedded/integrated support including a clinical ambulatory pharmacist, RN Care Manager, Social Work and two Behavioral Health Consultants.
We are constantly aiming to improve access for patients and to meet the evolving health care needs of the communities we serve. Primary care is all about relationship-building! We really get to know our patients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour RN or LPN to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. The operating hours of the practice are 8:00am to 5:00pm. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm.
This role will consist of primarily phone triage in our call center but has some patient facing hands-on aspects as well. In this call center, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone & via the Patient Gateway Portal. They will provide advice and education in accordance with clinical protocols and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient medical concerns, same day appointment needs, prescription refills, and relaying diagnostic and lab test results.
This person will be an integral part of an extraordinary team!

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in NH required.
- BLS required prior to hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN or LPN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred.
- Pediatrics nursing experience preferred.
