Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Lead Banquet Houseman to join our Banquet leadership team.

Activities of our Lead Banquet Houseman include organizing and supervising the set-up team for business meetings and social events as well as participating as a member of the set-up team.

Daily activities for our set-up crew include:

• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of furniture and supplies according to specifications for each event.
• Build show-ready presentations, providing guests with a weekly showcase of the property event spaces.
• Assist banquet staff with event closing and resetting of areas: cleaning, vacuuming, resetting chairs and tables.

Service experience preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and over-see their completion.

Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays.
