Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns

Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of food service management principles
- Passion for coffee and hospitality management
