What we expect from you

Address and resolve guest inquiriesand concerns in a timely manner.

Create a Customer First attitudewith your team.

Take responsibility for positiveengagement with guests.

Assist General Manager to recruit,hire, develop, and motivate team members; manage work schedules.

Ensure the restaurant is clean andequipment is in good working condition at all times.

Ensure that ingredients and menuitems are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care andconcern for food safety.
