You assist the General Manager in running shifts, fostering teamwork, role modeling excellent behaviors while serving quality food, offering great service in a clean and safe environment.

Assistant managers provide direction, training, and the leadership required to ensure Wendy’s standards, policies, and procedures are met every shift, and the restaurant meets its business goals.

Job Requirements :

• Reliable transportation
• Minimum 1-year previous management experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
