As Supervisor, Transmission Line Engineering, you will:

• lead a team of Engineers and Designers supporting transmission line design projects for our clients.
• collaborate with Engineering Managers and Project Managers to provide support as needed to deliver excellence to our clients.
• be a Subject Matter Expert for all client software, tools, standards, and processes used for engineering projects.
• provide and coordinate training to entry-level Engineers and Designers
• provide and monitor career development objectives for your team members
• support the Welty Energy management team and collaborate and consult as needed for the benefit of the organization.
• support the Director, Engineering and Executive Vice President with strategic initiatives.
