Job Title : Extruder Supervisor / Trainer

Location : Willmar, MN

Salary : $25-40 / hour SIGN ON BONUS!

Job Summary of the Extruder Supervisor / Trainer : Immediate opening for an experienced Manual Extruder Supervisor / Trainer with industry experience in human food or pet food in the Willmar, Minnesota location.

Sign on Bonus offered as well as lump sum pay for relocation. Day and Night Shifts available.

Job Responsibilities of the Extruder Supervisor / Trainer :

• Experience working with extruder machines.
• Coordinate production runs to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Monitor and record the salt, caustic, temperature, density, and moisture levels of the product.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work with screw configuration.
• Responsible for quality assurance of the product being processed.
• Responsible for training and supervision of the extrusion operators.

Education & Experience of the Extruder Supervisor / Trainer :

• Must have previous extrusion experience.
• Must have Supervisory and Training experience.
• Must have human food or pet food manufacturing environment experience.
• Can do basic mathematics.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions from manuals.
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday Day Shift 6am-6pm OR Night Shift 6pm-6am
