Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our healthcare team. As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or PA , you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care and treatment to patients with wounds. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and contribute to their healing process.

Duties:

- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and wound irrigation

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

- Educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies

- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
