About Wellth
Wellth strives to motivate and incentivize healthy habits through individualized care plans. Our approach draws on a unique combination of behavioral economics, habit science, and cutting-edge technology to drive positive behavior and habit change among some of the US's most underserved and high-needs patient populations. Our work has produced demonstrable results, with several large health insurers reporting significant reductions in hospitalization rates by up to 44% in some cases. Our ambition is to be more than just another digital health startup; we aspire to be a category leader in the $88B health outcomes market, singularly focused on improving the lives and medical outcomes of historically hard-to-engage populations. Our work immediately impacts people's lives daily; we have served over 50,000 patients and prevented an estimated 15,000 days in the hospital and 530 lives.
Role Summary
As Product Manager at Wellth, you will be “out front”, interfacing directly with customers like health plans and systems, constantly doing discovery to learn more about their challenges, and ensuring that Wellth is set up to drive clear goals. You will drive exploration of new use cases and identify opportunities to build depth into current Wellth products. You will be highly organized and detail oriented, building out your own, polished slides as needed to help customers understand opportunities, and loving measurement that proves that what you wanted to achieve actually got done.
You will own building out architecture and content to drive health literacy and behavioral training content so that in addition to providing daily motivation, Wellth grows capabilities and creates opportunities for individuals to be their best. You will pair with UX/Design and Engineering to create hypotheses, run experiments, and bring new capabilities to life.
This is a demanding, high energy role for individuals that love to do discovery, can’t stop asking questions, love to do research, follow up and organize what happens next across multiple teams. Our product roles don’t passively gather requirements, they don’t manage a nice and neat roadmap forward, they don’t sit quietly and only look at data. But if you want to establish and hold influence across a quickly growing company, solve real problems that matter in healthcare, get technical with engineers, creative with marketers and designers, strategic with customers, and be part of a very different approach to motivating healthy behaviors, this might be the role for you.
