Job Summary: The Women's Health Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating various initiatives and services aimed at promoting women's health and well-being. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in project & program management and a passion for addressing the unique healthcare needs of women. This role will lead strategic Women's Health program implementation, marketing efforts, and coordination of women's health initiatives across our healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, marketing, and a passion for improving women's health outcomes through innovative and comprehensive initiatives. The Women's Health Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the advancement of women's health initiatives within our healthcare system, promoting access to quality care, and empowering women to take charge of their health and well-being. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Program Project Management - In collaboration with the AVP Womens Health, implement strategic plans for the Women's Health service line in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives to enhance women's health services, including preventive care, screenings, treatments, and support services. - Oversee improvement initiatives within the Women's Health service line, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing measures to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes. - Foster collaboration and communication among interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and seamless care delivery. - Propose new projects and/or changes to program initiatives based on the successes, lessons learned, and needs assessments of current projects - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of women's health programs and initiatives. - Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, patient satisfaction, and population health trends to inform decision-making and program improvement efforts. - Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for leadership, stakeholders, and external partners. Coordination of Women's Health Initiatives: - Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating women's health initiatives and collaborations across various departments and healthcare facilities within the system. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams involved in women's healthcare, including obstetrics, gynecology, primary care, mental health, and support services. - Ensure effective utilization of resources, including staff and technology, to support the delivery of high-quality women's health services. - Provide Operational Support Marketing and Outreach: - In collaboration with our system marketing resources, coordinate marketing and promotional efforts to raise awareness of women's health services and programs offered within the healthcare system. - In collaboration with our system marketing resources, develop marketing campaigns, materials, and digital content targeting diverse populations of women across different age groups and demographics. - Utilize social media, email newsletters, and community events to engage with women and promote health education and preventive care services. Departmental Support - Coordination, purchase, distribution, and inventory of departmental educational materials throughout the Womens Health Service Line. - Reviews financial statements monthly to ensure accurate ordering and financial tracking of supplies and evaluates opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies. - Collection of departmental financial, patient evaluation and participation data. - Provides coordination, direction and guidance to department volunteers and assistants on office tasks - Submission of programmatic expense reports and check requests to Accounting. - Regular email updates and/or routine monthly newsletter communications to key internal and external stakeholders. - Assists with payroll processing as needed. - Collects data for reporting purposes - Prepares written updates and support for Womens Health Service Line initiatives. - Assists with annual report production.
