We are seeking that Licensed Practical Nurse who desires the rewards of working in Family Medicine. This awesome opportunity is based at our Primary Care in beautiful Kennesaw.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor or Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes patient's needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patient for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and recording treatment in medical record. The LPN assists with patient and family education and demonstrates competency and skills to serve patients of all ages.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
• Current State of Georgia professional licensure.

Required Minimum Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) is required
