Reception Support Staff Member will assist patients in person and via telephone in all administrative aspects involving the provision of their healthcare. Reception staff shall be friendly, compassionate, respectful, and supportive to patients while assisting them with scheduling, insurance verification, obtaining copayments, and completing medical and other required documentation.
Reception Support Staff at Wellspring Wellness will provide a well organized office while maintaining a warm welcoming demeanor for all clients. These professionals will work within Wellsprings Facility. They will be responsible for the daily needs of the front office as well as to include all additional duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or CEO. They will perform a wide range of tasks and responsibilities within the office setting. The Front Office Clerk will participate in Wellsprings Wellness’s quality control system to ensure all files & documents meet applicable company and insurance standards, aid and assist Administrative staff in the daily operations at Wellsprings, and be able to think outside of the “box”.
Reception Support Staff shall have experience with Windows OS, as well as competent general computer skills. Reception Support Staff shall be able to utilize the telephone system as well as various other electronic equipment necessary for completion of their assigned tasks.
