• Seeking Behavioral Health Clinicians - Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors

• Work within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting and collaborate with other therapists as well as the integrated primary care team of physicians and APPs

• Wanting those who thrive on innovation, compassion, and creating positive change for underserved populations

• Have autonomy and flexibility within your schedule, with an outpatient or hybrid schedule with telehealth services, options for full-time and part-time positions

• Generous base salary based on experience and productivity incentives, insurance benefits, PTO and 7 paid company holidays, CME days, and 401K with 3% match

• Must have a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license to practice in the State of Florida
