Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a part-time Massage Therapy Instructor at our Lawrence, KS location.
Job Duties:
- Instruct students in a classroom setting.
- Maintain a classroom free of distractions.
- Present a positive environment for learning and interaction.
- Demonstrate strength in instructional methodology, delivery, and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Prefer Bachelor Degree - but not required no specific field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working in Massage Therapy, 4-year degree a plus
- Current license to practice Massage Therapy in the city of Lawrence, KS. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, outgoing and must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal abilities and a track record of achieving results by working with other people.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general competency is required.
