Summary:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary support for the team lead in successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
  • Primary duties including but not limited to: ownership of SCM CAO business management deliverables and SCM executive leadership routines e.g; Townhalls, Offsites, skip level meetings, monthly business management calendars, weekly leadership routines, business unit reviews, MIRRC processes and business management metric data.
  • Serve as primary backup to both the Business Execution Director of Business Management and to others within the team during PTO's
  • Drive the completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners
  • Support the communications strategy for Regulatory Operations, including newsletters, learning webinars, and "town hall" meetings
  • Engage executive functional leaders and their business managers to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Execute on identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement
  • Determine and drive appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Design a library of job aids, procedures and process maps for Business Management inclusive of controls
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for business management

Qualifications:

  • Direct communications experience with internal employee communications or corporate communications
  • Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings utilizing MS Teams and Live Events platforms
  • Experience leading efforts around employee survey action planning
  • Experience with SharePoint Online development
  • Experience leading communications for an enterprise program
  • Experience developing centralized workflow tool solutions for communications programs
  • Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Proficient in Power Point, MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Preferred Supply Chain Management experience; sourcing & procurement.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed environment
  • Able to synthesize large volumes of complex information into easy to understand data points based on the intended audience
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate successfully with executive leadership at all levels of the organization.
