The Business Initiatives & Testing teamwithin Enterprise Wire Services is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Business Initiatives team, specifically the Testing Team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Develop a variety of system quality assurance testing initiatives for projects on software systems
• Complete systems testing and create systems quality assurance testing strategies
• Execute complex test plans and scripts to facilitate testing activities
• Document and verify resolution of software and specification defects
• Develop standards and procedures to determine release readiness and streamline testing process
• Provide guidance, lead, and prioritize testing activities for projects
• Work with teams to develop testing strategies and provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers
• Lead implementation of complex initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met
• Work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Systems Quality Assurance and systems or application testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
• Experience with SWIFT applications (SWIFT Alliance Access, en.TDR, etc.) preferred
• Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
• Experience in technology testing: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) applications
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as individual accountability
• Ability to take initiative and the ability to think outside of the box
