Wells Fargo is Hiring a Sr. Product Lead: Mobile Growth & Engagement Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager for the Mobile team, focusing strategies to drive growth and engagement. This person will be responsible for development and execution of program and initiatives to substantively grow mobile active users and keep these users engaged to reduce inactivity and attrition. Critical to success in this role is strong analytical capabilities to define data needs, translate data output into insights and use those insights to define strategy with a tactical implementation plan.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators, leading to success on the overarching objectives and key results.
  • Understand the business question & context to create a logical & structured analytical approach & solution and translate it to the business impact/value.
  • Help deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities.
  • Define, execute, and measure the impact of the mobile growth strategy.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in Business Analytics, Management Reporting, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training & education.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • Relocation is NOT being offered for this position.
  • This position offers hybrid work schedule.
