About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant for Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) Agile Tool Support (ATS) Team who will assume responsibility for maintaining the architecture and design of multiple Jira projects used by ECR Change Management. This person will be responsible for providing automated solutions to business problems and offering general support and best practices for ECR agile tools which include Agile Jira, WIM Service Management and DOE Confluence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains pre demand (ECMOCR) and demand (PQKGW) Jira projects

• Implements and maintains the architecture and design of ECR Confluence space 

• Leverages agile tool capabilities to provide automated solutions to business problems/needs

• Creates and designs new Agile Jira/WIM Service Management projects for teams migrating from Excel/SharePoint/etc. to an agile tool

• Prioritizes personal learning and development in order to continuously offer new and intuitive tool solutions

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems

• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements

• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems

• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions

• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes

• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables

• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of Atlassian Tools and experience in creating new WIM and Agile Jira projects

• Basic knowledge of Java code or other coding languages

• Ability to implement and maintain the architecture and design within Confluence

• Experience leveraging agile tool capabilities to provide automated solutions to business problems/needs

• Understanding of Jira automation, rich filters and other Jira tool capabilities

• Self-motivated in personal learning and development in order to continuously offer new and intuitive tool solutions

• Understanding of Product Management

• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment

• Capable of adjusting quickly to frequent changes in priority

• Strong strategic thinking skills

• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate across business lines and functional areas

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
