Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in San Antonio, TX.
Job Role and Responsibility: Ensure appropriate data design and care through various environments and the case life cycle. Responsible for development on a platform that is capable of supporting multiple case management business needs across the enterprise with a direct focus on design, performance, and traceability from inception through reporting. Engage with consulting, prototyping, design, development and support of complaints management intake, research, communication, and resolution. This team operates in a fully Agile Project structure, leveraging multiple dedicated, high- performing teams. Telecommuting is permitted but must appear in office listed on work address on a regular basis.
Travel required: 10% domestic travel
Required Qualifications : Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving application development experience.
Specific skills required:
- 5 years of Pega experience
- 3 years of Agile experience
- 2 years of JIRA experience
- 1 year of PEGA implementation experience in one or combination of following: risk or complaints management; and 1 year of management platform design, support and development experience
