About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Global Treasury Management Sales objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Global Treasury Management
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
• Lead Treasury Management Sales projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications, US:

• 7 years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with government entities
• Active Certified Treasury Professional Designation (CTP)

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel 50% of the time

Salary Range:

San Diego- Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

San Francisco- Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

El Segundo- Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

Los Angeles- Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

West Covina- Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
