Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Talent Management and Learning. This position will lead in driving learning transformation for Wells Fargo. The role is under the Talent and Performance Management group within Human Resource.
In this role, you will:
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to Talent Management senior leadership to enable the implementation of innovative and significant cross organizational change initiatives in Learning and Development, impacting people, process, and technology. Changes will impact employees within Talent Management and Learning and across the company.
Ensure the horizontal integration of key elements of the Talent Management and Learning strategy and change efforts across all key stakeholder groups.
Function as a Business Execution advisor to Talent Management and Learning leadership to personally drive initiatives that require creating the disciplined systems and environment for success, including program and change management, metrics, and reporting.
Define the strategy for execution of highly complex and unique changes in Learning and Development alignment with the Talent Management and Learning strategy, requiring solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, depth in understanding of Human Resources, and how to deliver large scale change that will be sustained over time.
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership regarding Learning and Development and change.
Define expectations and support execution of stakeholder management and change adoption efforts in support of key initiatives to ensure intended outcomes
Provide direction and coaching to a cross functional team through influence and demonstrated experience
Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management in support of change.
Hold Leadership accountable to decisions and commitments and ensure timely identification and resolution of risks and issues that may impede the success of change efforts.
Required Qualifications:
7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Learning and Development Transformation including Technology & Project life cycle and management systems implementation
Experience in business/IT consulting
Change Management experience
Strategic consulting skills resulting in the ability to collaborate and influence all levels of leadership and business partners to drive significant large-scale complex change in Learning and Development with impacts to people, process, and technology
Relationships management experience including influencing, partnering, and negotiating with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities and potential interventions
Superior project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Experience managing projects from concept to implementation and guide a team of peers and partners
BS / BA degree or higher
