About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director and Global Head of Platform Availability Management for the Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) division, within the Platform Strategy & Transformation team. This senior leader will be responsible for the management of all aspects of resiliency for a large and diverse set of IT services provided to our business and clients. This role includes management of the resiliency and recovery processes, the service management and governance functions and evolving our release management practices. A successful candidate will also be responsible for the alignment of these areas with the ongoing technology modernization program while influencing the program to deliver to the unique needs of the CCIBT businesses. This role is critical for achieving our reliability goals and transforming our culture, skillsets and practices towards reliability engineering and will work closely with the Platform Strategy & Transformation team to influence and contribute to the broader strategic direction. It will require a seasoned and compelling technology leader, with the proven ability to drive cultural as well as technical change into a large organization.
