About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Third Party Risk Management team within Consumer Lending Merchant Services. This Vendor Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of vendors (Third Party Service Providers) acting as the primary interface back to Merchant Services and Enterprise Lines of Business. The Vendor Manager partners with leadership and functional teams to assist in aligning vendor strategies, identifying, tracking and driving vendor relationship management needs and concerns, and is a support resource into the external vendor community by advocating business interests on behalf of the Enterprise as well as being the conduit to provide vendor information back to Merchant Services and additional partner groups. In this role, you will:
Ensure compliance with the enterprise Third Party Service Provider policy program
Develop holistic vendor risk profile analysis across assigned vendor base
Develop comprehensive analysis reporting and oversight strategy for assigned vendor portfolio
Drive relationship management responsibilities across vendors
Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle management; new vendor on-boarding through termination
Develop centralized relationship management strategies for escalation and issues tracking
Manage internal and external expectations for the successful delivery of services
Develop appropriate governance framework across financial, operational, and risk areas
Lead, manage, and facilitate performance management reviews for all assigned vendors
Align internal KPI metrics and expectations against vendor performance metrics (SLA’s / SLO’s)
Develop comprehensive analysis and reporting assessing vendor performance capabilities
Collaborate with various levels of management including Senior and Executive Management
Required Qualifications, US:
7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5 years of vendor management experience including hardware, software, or professional services
7 years of third-party risk management experience
3 years of Merchant Services or transferrable Financial Services Experience
Experience working and influencing successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of an organization
Demonstrated ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: coordinating, planning, and executing through all phases
Relationship Management Experience
Data collection, analysis, and reporting experience
Experience identifying risk factors and ensuring enactment of appropriate controls
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 5% of time
