Wells Fargo is Hiring a Marketing Consultant - Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join the Wealth and Investment Management Marketing team. The Marketing Consultant - Project Manager is focused on managing high-profile marketing projects and client marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will:
  • Work alongside key initiative leaders to ensure that large-scale projects are managed efficiently, on budget and on time.
  • May manage small projects and campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables for multiple projects for department including collateral management, compliance review and approvals as outlined by marketing operating policy and procedures
  • Implement and maintain digital marketing programs, direct mail programs and manage efforts across creative areas and product areas
  • Use project management tools to manage daily work
  • Be knowledgeable on applicable regulations for investment management and financial advisory businesses from a marketing operations perspective
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide campaigns, while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with other marketing areas to deliver results
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years of project management experience including demonstrated experience handling multiple projects concurrently
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing in the financial services industry
  • Experience reviewing marketing materials, customer communications, public-facing content, and project documentation for compliance with applicable laws/regulations
  • Knowledge and understanding of executing digital marketing and operational compliance
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurement
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships
Job Expectations:
