About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the Learning & Performance Management Operations function. Our organization sits within Human Resources Operations & Service Delivery (HROSD) and is responsible for creating and maintaining the catalog of learning objects, training assignments, end user support, and Performance Management operations.

This role will primarily support the Learning & Performance Management Operations functions with operational and business metrics, and escalated service delivery issues. The ideal candidate will bring a strong data background; expert product knowledge; and a problem-solving mindset.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead data / analytics initiatives for multiple functional groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our operations dashboards.
  • Resolve escalated support issues for both Learning and Performance Management requests and administrative routines.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement and monitor strategic approaches, and business performance improvement opportunities related to process, operations, risk, control, and issue management as informed by the data.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, create efficiencies as appropriate, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Act as the organization’s primary point of contact for data and analysis and disseminate information to team leaders and other members of the Learning & Performance Management Operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2 years of deep knowledge of learning management system functionality, configuration settings, and overall capabilities (Cornerstone preferred)

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience with business intelligence, analytics, visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • LMS Release Management / User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience in ServiceNow and Workday applications (Highly preferred) 
  • Process management
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment with strong focus on operational risk management and controls
  • Experience interfacing with Offshore teams
  • Advanced Excel skills 

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
