The Mobile Product team within SDI is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst to lead analysis efforts within a Scrum organization. As part of a scrum team, this influencer will help build & implement Digital capabilities and Self-Service customer experiences. Must be able to deliver & executive transformative customer experiences to meet consumers where they are, and support Wells Fargo's move to a digital & mobile first provider of core banking products & services!
The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team includes Strategy, Digital Platform and the Innovation Group, and the professional services teams that partner with Consumer Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending and Wealth Management businesses. SDI's focus is on delivering the next generation of best-in-class Servicing and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. In this role, you will:
  • Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic digital solutions
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, lead refinement sessions, author & refine user stories, attend size & commit sessions, provide feedback in retrospectives
  • Work closely with Product Owner to understand prioritization of stories, and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements
  • Lead refinement sessions with a cross-functional team to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
  • Work directly with all levels across the organization and provide subject matter expertise as needed
  • Be a self-starter, highly organized, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
  • 5 years Agile experience
  • 5 years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward
  • Applied new processes and capabilities, which may include Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Service Virtualization, Micro-services, APIs, and Use Case 2.0
  • Produced business requirement artifacts (i.e. User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and specs for complex capabilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of managing requirements for digital, web & mobile products
  • Ability to produce user stories, write detailed acceptance criteria, use cases, and UML (Unified Modeling Language)
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, etc.
  • Enterprise experience in banking or financial services, with one or more digital platforms
  • BS/BA degree or higher
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
