About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Relationship Manager to support our middle market Agribusiness portfolio.
In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain client relationships for credit products
• Ensure overall growth opportunities for customers and understand their business, goals and strategies
• Participate in the completion of major transactions
• Originate, structure and execute transactions related to investment banking, commercial lending, treasury management and other credit related products
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Partner with existing customers to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Commercial Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Commercial Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of middle market banking credits, cash flow analysis, and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to thoroughly analyze credits on an independent basis and communicate findings in a concise manner
• Knowledge and understanding of agri-business industries and credits
• Strong networking ability to fuel business development
• Account relationship management experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Extensive knowledge and experience developing and managing complex business relationships
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven to succeed
