About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Relationship Manager to support our middle market Agribusiness portfolio.
In this role, you will:- Develop and maintain client relationships for credit products
- Ensure overall growth opportunities for customers and understand their business, goals and strategies
- Participate in the completion of major transactions
- Originate, structure and execute transactions related to investment banking, commercial lending, treasury management and other credit related products
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Partner with existing customers to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges
Required Qualifications, US:- 5 years of Commercial Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:- Experience in Commercial Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Extensive knowledge and understanding of middle market banking credits, cash flow analysis, and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to thoroughly analyze credits on an independent basis and communicate findings in a concise manner
- Knowledge and understanding of agri-business industries and credits
- Strong networking ability to fuel business development
- Account relationship management experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Extensive knowledge and experience developing and managing complex business relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven to succeed
