Wells Fargo is Hiring a Remote Lead Business Execution Consultant Consumer Operations: Customer Experience, Controls, and Enablement (CECE)

About this role:
Wells Fargo Consumer Operations: Customer Experience, Controls, and Enablement (CECE) team has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Access Management and Support team.
This position will be responsible for oversight of citizen developed automation within the CECE organization; specifically, they will:
  • Lead the Power Suite Community of Purpose which allows citizen development of automated solutions using the SharePoint Power Platform.
  • Develop routine and rigor to ensure delivery of policy compliant solutions that adhere to enterprise policies (i.e. Technology Solutions Management, Change Management, etc.)
  • Drive end to end development and delivery of solutions from assessment to implementation that align with leadership priorities.
  • Develop, deliver and present leadership reporting to ensure ongoing visibility to inventory, development pipeline, and priorities.
  • Partner with Shadow IT Program Leadership to support ongoing Technology remediation efforts and policy required deliverables.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Skilled in presenting information and influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Demonstrate quantifiable experience in leading and directing discussions with limited knowledge of topic
  • Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Experience with risk and control framework
  • Possess high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to initiate action, make difficult decisions, and generate creative solutions
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with risk and control framework
  • Understanding of Shadow IT policy requirements
