About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (Military Apprentice) to primarily support 2nd shift (12pm – 8pm MT) in a Wells Fargo Enterprise Incident Management Command Center.
The position will support a team that provides ongoing monitoring and identification of incidents having the potential for operational risk to Wells Fargo customers, employees, and buildings across the company’s global footprint.
Responsibilities include providing oversight and impact summary of any potential or existing incidents based upon defined and repeatable impact assessment methodologies, and escalation of risk analysis to ensure timely and effective response by Enterprise Incident Management leadership. Chandler Arizona represents one of 3 Command Centers and will primarily provide 2nd shift coverage (12-8 MT), in support of our ability to monitor global events impacting Wells Fargo in a 24/7/365 always-on event intake, detection, triage, and response environment.
