Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager in Merchant Services.
This role is responsible for leading a team of Lead Digital Product Managers to adopt and implement agile methodologies as set forth by Wells Fargo Enterprise Transformation. This role will also work closely with product owners to enhance their understanding of agile principles and practices, foster collaboration and communication, and drive continuous improvement and consistency within the team and overall Merchant Services organization.

In this role, you will:

• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles, values, and practices
• Guide product analysts in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies such as Kanban
• Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Assist teams in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks and user stories
• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize product backlogs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing changes
• Promote collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to product owners in their roles
• Monitor and track team progress and provide feedback for improvement

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2 years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong experience as an Agile Coach in the financial services industry
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, and practices
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, Kanban preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile adoption and implementation
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results
• Experience working with product owners and development teams
• Familiarity with financial services products and industry regulations
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are a plus
